Dear colleagues,
During recent days, we have been asked by several participants about whether the coronavirus epidemic could lead to any postponed or delayed in the conference publication. Fortunately, Vietnam has controlled the COVID-19 situation with good success. The US has removed Vietnam from the list of areas vulnerable to community spread of the virus. Therefore, the plan for BME8 is NOT changed.
Even in the unfortunate scenario that the outbreak occurs in Vietnam or nearby regions, we will still publish your submitted works. This has been confirmed by Springer. Till now, we have received 50 submissions from a diverse range of topics. We expect that this Proceedings will be an informative collection of recent advancements in biomedical engineering and really look forward to receiving your abstract and Fulltext submission. Please note that new abstract submission deadline is March 15, 2020.
