Before you Travel
You can print the poster on your own and bring it to the conference. In case you have trouble with your printed poster, we suggest poster authors take a copy of the presentation on a USB drive so that it can be printed on-site.
Poster Printed Service to be Ready for Pickup at the Conference
You have the option of printing your poster for pickup when you arrive in Ho Chi Minh. Send your poster in PDF format via email to bme9poster@gmail.com. Remember to include your paper numbers + title+ name of the Presenter in the email. Please refer to the instruction below to prepare your poster file. The cost is $10 per poster and will be paid when you receive your poster at the conference.
The deadline for sending your poster files is Dec 24th, 2022.
Poster Guideline
Each author will share a 2 m wide x 1.4 m high poster board with one other author, and each will have a usable area measuring 1 m wide x 1.4 m high. This is a Portrait/vertical format. Poster materials may not extend outside the assigned half-board.
The maximum size of the poster is A0: 33.1 in. width, 46.8 in. height (841mm x 1189mm).
Instruction for Poster Hanging
– The author(s) should bring the poster to the designated location and mount it on the poster board at the number corresponding to the one indicated on the poster program. There are 4 poster areas, P1, P2, P3, and P4 at the 4th floor of the building.
– Push pins and tapes will be provided at the poster location. Other means of fixation must be supplied by the author(s).
